Carleton Condominium Corporation No. 201 is situated in the suburb of Gloucester within the city of Ottawa, Canada. It is bounded by Cedarcroft Crescent, Birchmount Drive and Meadowbrook Road and includes Lily Lane.

It was registered in 1981 and is managed by a Board of owners that consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and a Director. The Board meets regularly in the Condominium office at 1390 Cedarcroft Crescent and an Annual General Meeting, which is open for all property owners to attend, is held in the Summer months.
 

The Condominium is managed by Berkley Property Management through the Board, on behalf of the property owners.
